🌍 Climate change and economics – a necessary discussion for the new generation of professionals!

On December 16, 2025, within the framework of the 1FUTURE project and the week of open lectures at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tirana, INCA organized an open lecture with students of the MSc program in Economics on the topic: “Climate Change Risk Assessment Methodology vs. Economic Costs”.

👩‍🏫 INCA expert, Emirjeta Adhami, presented the risk analysis methodology, explaining the main steps and the data needed for each stage. The discussions were enriched with practical examples on the identification of risks for the community, natural resources and infrastructures, as well as methods for calculating the costs of damages and adaptation measures.
