For Sustainable Eco-Tourism in the Pasture Areas of the Korab-Koritnik Natural Park!

 

Within the framework of the project "Sustainable Grazing for the Conservation of Vital Pasture Ecosystems", training was held for capacity building in the field of eco-tourism and visitor management in the pasture areas of the Korab-Koritnik Natural Park on 19.09.2025.

Participants were provided with practical knowledge on the development of nature-friendly tourist activities, improving the visitor experience and preserving the sensitive ecosystems of the area.

This training aimed to empower the local community as promoters of sustainable tourism and protectors of the park's natural values in the pasture areas by presenting the eco-tourism offer in the mountain pastures.

The activity was carried out in cooperation with local authorities and partner organizations, emphasizing the importance of active community involvement in the sustainable development of protected areas.
